How do I submit a ticket?

NerdSquad strives to make it extremely simple and intuitive to get in touch with us.  In fact, you don't even need to create a ticket to get support.  You can just give us a call and we'll create the ticket for you.  This is part of how we differentiate ourselves by not requiring you to create a ticket to get help from us - no portals, forms or login credentials needed.

With that being said, you can create a ticket via any of the following methods.  Please note, it is best to use your registered email address, so we recognize you.  NerdSquad takes cybersecurity very seriously and will authenticate any individual before providing support.

1) Use our helpful AI widget at the bottom right of our website.  You will find the option to create a ticket.



2) You can email us at our support email address techsupport@nerdsquad.net from your registered email address - that will raise a ticket with us as well!

3) You can chat with an agent about your concern and a ticket will be made by our representative.  If no one is available, a ticket will automatically be created.


4.) Lastly, you can navigate to our help center and create a ticket directly from the main support center by clicking on the "+" icon. You can login to our help center if you have registered to see a history of all your tickets and the ability to create a ticket is available therein.
